By creating an account, registering for examinations, or using any services on JKPACE, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use this Platform. By using JKPACE, you represent and warrant that you meet these age requirements.

JKPACE provides an online platform for competitive examination preparation, including:

• Mock examinations for JKSSB and JKPSC competitive exams
• Online examination registration and payment processing
• Real-time proctored online examinations
• Performance analytics and result tracking
• Prize/reward distribution for top performers
• Educational resources and preparation materials

3.1 Account Creation: You must create an account to access examination services. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

3.2 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 Account Integrity: Each user is allowed only one account. Creating multiple accounts may result in suspension or termination of all accounts.

3.4 Accurate Information: You must provide truthful and accurate personal information. Providing false information may result in disqualification from examinations and forfeiture of any prizes.

4.1 Registration Fee: Each examination requires payment of a registration fee as specified on the examination page. All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR).

4.2 Payment Processing: Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store your complete payment card information.

4.3 Payment Confirmation: Registration is confirmed only upon successful payment. You will receive a confirmation email upon successful registration.

4.4 Non-Transferable: Examination registrations are non-transferable. You cannot transfer your registration to another person or examination.

4.5 Pricing: We reserve the right to change examination fees at any time. However, changes will not affect registrations already completed.

5.1 Fair Play: All examinations must be taken individually without any external assistance. Use of unfair means is strictly prohibited.

5.2 Proctoring: Examinations are conducted with online proctoring. You consent to video and screen monitoring during the examination.

5.5 Violations: Violation of examination rules will result in immediate disqualification, account termination, and forfeiture of registration fees and any prizes.

5.6 Examination Schedule: You must take the examination at the scheduled date and time. Missing an examination will result in forfeiture of registration fee.

6.1 Prize Distribution: Monetary prizes are awarded to top performers as specified for each examination. Prize amounts are determined before the examination and displayed on the examination page.

6.2 Winner Verification: Winners must verify their identity and examination compliance before prize distribution. We reserve the right to withhold prizes pending verification.

6.3 Prize Payment: Prizes are typically distributed within 7-14 business days after examination results are announced and verification is complete.

6.4 Payment Method: Prizes are paid via bank transfer to the account details provided in your profile. You are responsible for providing accurate banking information.

6.5 Tax Responsibility: Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes on prize money. We may deduct TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) as per Indian tax laws.

7.1 Platform Content: All content on JKPACE, including examination questions, study materials, logos, graphics, and software, is owned by JKPACE or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

7.2 Limited License: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial examination preparation purposes only.

You agree to use the Platform in a lawful manner and not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Transmit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Interfere with Platform operations or security
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Platform systems
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or staff
• Use the Platform for any fraudulent purpose
• Impersonate any person or entity

9.1 Service Availability: While we strive to maintain Platform availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not liable for service disruptions, technical issues, or connectivity problems.

9.2 Examination Issues: We are not responsible for technical difficulties you experience during examinations due to your internet connection, device, or other factors beyond our control.

9.3 No Warranty: The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

9.4 Limitation: To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims related to the Platform shall not exceed the registration fees you paid in the past 6 months.

9.5 Indirect Damages: We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

10.1 Termination by User: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Termination does not entitle you to refunds of paid fees.

10.3 Effect of Termination: Upon termination, you will lose access to all Platform services, and any pending prizes or refunds may be forfeited.

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using JKPACE, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

We collect and process personal data including examination performance, video recordings from proctoring, and payment information. This data is used solely for Platform operations, examination administration, and service improvement.

Refund requests are subject to our Refund Policy. Please review our Refund Policy for detailed information on eligibility, process, and timelines.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Material changes will be notified via email or Platform notification. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

14.1 Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Jammu and Kashmir, India.

14.2 Dispute Resolution: In the event of any dispute, you agree to first attempt resolution through good faith negotiations with us. If negotiations fail, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
