At JKPACE, we understand that circumstances may change. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which examination registration fees may be refunded. We are committed to processing all eligible refund requests fairly and promptly.
All eligible refund requests for examination fees are processed within 1 to 2 business days from the date of refund approval.
Once processed from our end, the refund will be credited to your original payment method. The actual time for the amount to reflect in your bank account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider, typically taking an additional 5-7 business days.

Important: Refund requests must be made from the email address registered with your JKPACE account. Requests from unregistered email addresses may be delayed or rejected.
3.1 Refund to Original Payment Method: All refunds are processed back to the original payment method used during registration (credit card, debit card, UPI, net banking, etc.).
3.2 Bank Transfer Requirements: In some cases where the original payment method is not available, we may process refunds via direct bank transfer. You will need to provide:

3.4 Processing Fees: JKPACE does not charge any processing fee for refunds. However, please note that payment gateway charges (if any) are non-refundable. Typically, payment gateway charges are approximately 2-3% of the transaction amount.
3.5 Currency: All refunds are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) only.
4.1 Full Refund Option: If JKPACE cancels or significantly postpones an examination, you will be offered either:

5.1 Platform-Related Issues: If you experience technical difficulties due to JKPACE platform issues during the examination:
5.2 User-Side Issues: Technical issues caused by your internet connection, device, browser, or other factors on your end are not eligible for refunds. We recommend:

This refund policy applies only to examination registration fees. Prize money and rewards won through examinations are governed by separate terms outlined in our Terms and Conditions.
Winners who have been disqualified due to violations will forfeit both their registration fees and any prizes won.
